I've been called an idea guy.  It's true, I have a lot of ideas - but the truth is that I'm really a problem solver.  My creative juices flow when I'm faced with a challenge to improve things that are and try to make them as they should be.  I tend to see things differently and invest energy and resources to improve the status quo.  Those resources include creativity, resourcefulness, tenacity, commitment, eclectic experience and good old-fashioned hard work.  I'm not afraid to imagine a better world and work to help make it so.
